In developing and commercializing treatment innovations, every decision is consequential. We help you stay

Ahead of the
question

Insira has the data, insights and expertise for life sciences
and healthcare teams to know what’s next and decide how to get there.

Why Insira

Today’s reality

Why haven’t success rates of treatment innovations improved?

Finding safe, effective, and commercially viable treatment innovations is a complex, intensive process that requires analyzing vast amounts of data. Yet, critical decisions remain challenging. The full potential of data and insights remains widely untapped to avoid costly failures and identify the right path forward.

The current trajectory is unsustainable: R&D costs continue to climb without corresponding gains in success rates.

At Insira, we find this reality unacceptable.

The gap

Data alone doesn’t lead to better decisions.

Even with every data source within reach, from literature to trials, filings and real-world data, none of them tells you which signals matter and how to proceed, even when further enhanced by the use of AI.

Every input matters. Insira is closing the gap by turning them into clear insights.

Why we exist

We envision a future where our intelligence enables success of therapeutic and health technologies to be a predictable reality.

As such, our mission is to double the success rate of treatment innovations. And we intend to do it again and again.
